I signed up for FreshBooks Invoicing today and an hour later all of my invoicing is done! The invoices are all printed up and mailed, copies have also been emailed to both them and me. This is great!

In the past I have wasted time with quick books, which was much to complicated. Somehow I think it must be designed for people who have nothing else to do or can hire someone to do it for them. The directions said I should spend and hour a day familiarizing myself with the system. Who has that much time? With FreshBooks I can spend and hour per month and be done.

The user friendly interface was a snap to use. I never received any error messages saying I could not something that had to be done. I did not have to stop and read books about how these things could be done.

They keep much better records than I did and since they are on the Internet I don’t have to worry about backups and I can access them from any computer.

They also will track projects I am working on for clients. They are both and invoicing and time keeping system. I wish I had found them years ago!
