A cookie is a bit of information stored on your computer by web sites you have visited. It is kept in a file under the browser. Information in the cookie will determine how long it will last. They are read when this web site is revisited. They can supply information to advertisers or create secure conditions for web sites need security. They are also used to personalize web sites for individual users. Cookies are text files and they cannot do any thing.
