Stupid Windows Messages

Have you ever copied a group of files from an external hard drive to your computer and after watching that silly little animation of paper going to one folder to another the copy finally finishes. Then the windows animation ends and you remove the hard disk. only to get a message that window delayed write failed? What does that mean? Should we assume that when windows says it done, it is not really done? So was the copy made or not? Why say you are done if you are not done?

  1. Limit the number of keywords per page; 2 or 3 is best. Keywords or key phrases are the words searchers use to find your product.
  2. Make the page about these 2 or 3 keywords only. Provide relevant content on your page and your title should describe this content.
  3. Have an image and name it with a key phrase.
  4. Put a key word or phrase in the title, Meta tag and first paragraph. Remove any words used repeatedly. Your article should be written the way people talk, not to attract search engines.

Included on your computer are many keyboard shortcuts. The windows key plus m will minimize all open windows. To copy use the ctrl key plus c, to cut ctrl plus x, to paste ctrl plus v. the one I use the most is ctrl plus z. redo plus y is listed but I have never been able to get this one to work. These keys will often work in other applications such as Microsoft Office. Non-Microsoft applications will often program these keys into their software. The best way to find out is just to experiment and see what works. When you are copying a line of text you will see a plus, if you are moving it you will not.
