This article applies to all clients I have created email addresses for. To log in and read your email type webmail after your domain on the address bar of your browser. You will see one of two log-in screens. The first line will be for your email address and the second for your password. These will be provided for you when you request your email account.

Access my horde e-mail on another machine

I can access my horde e-mail account on my lap-top machine, which that is the machine I used to access horde the first time. When I try to access my mail from another machine, it says login failed. HELP!!!!!!

It is hard to say exactly but

It is hard to say exactly but it could be a cookie issue. Is the side menu visible? If so just select the in-box. My opinion on this is just that you are already signed on a particular computer and so you cannot sign on again. You could also close your browser or even reboot your computer. Usually when you get the login failed it means you are already signed on. Hope that helps.
