All office visits and telephone consultations will be at the regular hourly rate of $75 with of minimum of 15 minutes for telephone consultations and one hour for office consultations including travel time.

  • Basic informational websites start at $500
  • Commerce websites with a shopping cart start at $1000
  • Monthly maintenance for your web site is $125 for 6 months.
  • There is a $69 charge to set up a new account
  • Hourly Labor is $75.00. Email is the preferred form of communication and the updates by email are the most cost effective for you the client. Updates given verbally over the phone may cost more depending on their length and quantity.
  • Invoices are sent by US Mail and email immediately after work is performed. Work should be checked at this time for correctness. Inaccuracies from previous billing periods could possibly be billed again to correct.
  • Invoicing is done by FreshBooks where you can check your balances on-line and pay by credit card.
  • You can pay by PayPal or send a check in the mail. To pay by PayPal just go to www.paypal.com and send money to d.a.shaver@dashaver.com
  • You will receive email receipts for all payments

Web Site Maintenance Accounts Include:

  • Monthly back ups to your web site
  • Software updates as needed
  • Domain name of your choice depending availability
  • 50 email accounts, set up included
  • Separate web mail for each email address or you can download to Outlook or other program
  • Your own web site control panel
  • Webalizer Web Stats
  • AWStats (Real Time Updates)
  • File Manager to update your website

For new accounts maintenance will begin when the account is set up, costs will be prorated until the first of the next month. Except for semi annual maintenance accounts, invoices are sent the first of every month for the previous months services.

Refunds can only be made for unused items. Service is provided in advance of payment for all items except for 6 months hosting which will depend on the portion used.

Set up or domain name transfer is $67.04 and is non-refundable

To get started with your web site we will talk to determine what you want in a website and when you are ready to begin send the set up fee of $67.04 by check or PayPal, that payment signals your acceptance of the terms on this page.

Your web site is not a work for hire and unless other arrangements are made invoices should be paid monthly.

Invoicing Procedures

Payments will always be applied to oldest outstanding invoice amounts.

Invoices are sent monthly until they are paid. The cost of sending the first paper invoice is included, for every invoice after the first one the cost of $3.00 will be added to the invoice total amount due.

If there is an outstanding amount on the 15th of the month a statement of account will sent by email.

If there are amounts in the over 90 days column of the accounts aging report that account will suspended. Suspended accounts may loose files, will not receive email and that website will not be seen on the internet until it is no longer in the over 90 days due column. There will be a 15 minute labor charge to reinstate a suspended account.

If an account is suspended for 3 consecutive months that account will be deleted and the owner will have to rebuild it again at current prices, if I have time.
