Chunk Your Articles For Maximum Reader Attention

reader

Chunking is the most logical way to organize articles on web sites because reading a computer screen is different than print. Long articles scroll off the screen and loose readers interest. Long unbroken articles are hard to read and lose readers attention quickly. Short paragraphs with bold headings supporting the page title help readers find relevant information fast.
Start out by writing a title that describes your subject. Outline this subject; each of these sub areas on your outline can be a chunk of related supporting data. These chunks can be little paragraphs of related information and taken together they support the title of your article.
